- Private use only. The repository is under the Private Use Licence in
LICENSE: use is limited to private, internal, non-commercial purposes by people Techsy has given access in writing. - No selling, no commercial use, no distribution. Callwise and any part or derivative of it may not be sold, resold, rented, sublicensed, offered as a hosted service, used commercially, published or shared with third parties without Techsy's written permission. There is no self-hosted or community edition.

- Third-party components (for example Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Fumadocs, Supabase client libraries, Lucide icons, Geist fonts, Simple Icons logos and Magic UI frames) keep their own licence notices, listed in
ATTRIBUTIONS.mdandapps/site/ATTRIBUTIONS.md.
The licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction. The name Callwise has not been checked for trademarks or domains yet. That is a launch item.
