What Callwise is
An AI voice receptionist for clinics and service businesses, and the app staff use to run it.
Callwise answers a clinic's phone. The AI agent greets the caller in the clinic's words, books, moves or cancels appointments against the clinic's services and hours, and hands the caller to a person when one of the clinic's rules says so. Staff then review every call in the app: transcript, AI summary, recording, intent, outcome and sentiment.
Who it is for
- Independent dental and medical clinics with one to five locations and a small front desk. The demo is a dental group.
- Other appointment businesses: salons, physio, vets, home services.
- The owner or practice manager buys and sets it up. The front desk uses it every day.

The app is split into modules. Receptionist and Bookings are in every plan; Callers, Analytics and Outbound depend on the plan.
What this build is, and isn't
Private preview
Callwise is not publicly launched. This build has the app, the marketing site and these docs, a demo mode and a local database mode. It does not have a working phone line: the voice service is a contract, and every outside service is simulated. See Connections.
